Shri Ashok Modi, the founder of Jaisal Club and Jodhpur Club, is a renowned personality who has carved a niche in the world of clubbing in a very short time. Started as Public administrator in Rajasthan Bank and ended his services as Bank manager in 2005. Through the clubs in collaboration with his NGO ‘Jeevandhara’ he is working on uplifting the needy and slum children by providing education. Starting with two children and later this effort reached a level where it had a group of 65 to 70 children being educated, and then he developed the child home with permission from the Rajasthan government.
This organization also worked excellently for women empowerment, pollution control, literacy and water harvesting etc. As a result of such wonderful works done in the field of education, he was given the post of the First-Class Judicial Magistrate in the Child Welfare Committee by the Government of Rajasthan.He is the president of one more NGO named “Janadesh” which bridges the gap between public and power. The NGO worked a lot during general elections for campaigning about Right to Vote, Duty to Vote and Right to Information (RTI). He has been continuing its president ship since last ten years.
Presently Maharawal His Highness Shri Chaitanyaraj Singhji is the Patron- in- chief of the Jodhpur club. The Chief Secretaries, DG/ADG police, DG Income Tax, Defence officials, High court Judges, are patron members and many senior bureaucrats, high professionals, artists & high corporate, who are well aware of club etiquettes and protocols.
